Richard G Thomas MRTPI Chartered Town Planning Counsultant is based in Penrhyndeudraeth (near Porthmadog), North Wales.  He has been a Chartered Town Planner since 1992 and has developed a wide range of experience of the planning system. Richard currently works for Gwynedd Council and has moved into the private consultancy sector on a part time basis.

However, he is able to provide a service for private clients who have planning concerns within the Snowdonia National Park and other Local Planning Authority areas within North & Mid Wales.
